Willow Creek — Drop-off (Detailed)
🚗 Important: supervision & arrival times
There is no adult supervision on campus before 7:30 AM. For your child’s safety, please do not drop students off before 7:30.
District employee students only: children of district employees may be dropped off at 7:15 AM. This is the only exception to the 7:30 start of supervision. If you are a district employee and need this option you must reach out to the front office.
If you arrive before 7:30 and are not a district employee, you must remain with your child. Leaving a child unattended on campus before 7:30 means the school cannot ensure the child's safety.
🚗 Kiss & Go process (what to expect at 7:30)
Drop-off opens at 7:30 at the lunchroom doors and is Kiss & Go style. Please stay in your vehicle—do not get out to hug or walk your student across.
If you need extra time to walk your child to the door, park in the parking lot and walk them in. This keeps the Kiss & Go lane moving and keeps students safe.
Students should not cross the crosswalk alone. Please accompany them if you park and walk them in.
Students may eat breakfast or play outside until the 7:50 bell. The tardy bell rings at 8:00—students arriving after 8:00 should enter through the office doors.
✅ Why this matters: staff are scheduled to supervise starting at 7:30. Dropping students early creates safety risks and disrupts arrival procedures. Thank you for helping keep all students safe by following these times and procedures.

Student Individual Picture day is this Wednesday morning at 8am! Packets will be sent home.

Huge thanks to our district—they’ve purchased Kleenex for all schools this year! If you’ve already bought some and would like to keep it at home, that’s perfectly fine. If you haven’t bought it yet, no need to worry. Of course, if you’d still like to send some in, we’ll be happy to have it. Thank you again to our amazing district for taking care of this for everyone!
