Morning Drop-Off
Time: 7:30 AM
Location: Door M
Kiss and Go: Please be mindful about the time it takes to drop off. The line is a "kiss and go". If you want to walk your student to the door, please park and walk them across the crosswalk.
District Staff Note: Students entering the front door between 7:15 AM and 7:30 AM are children of district employees. Standard student drop-off begins strictly at 7:30 AM at Door M.
🟢 GREEN PICK-UP LINE-Side of Building
If your pick-up number is printed on green paper, your child is in the Green Pick-Up Line.
Access the pick-up line by driving west on Monroe Ave. from Major Hill or Riverview Road.
Line up on Monroe facing west and wait until the buses have left.
A Willow Creek staff member will wave you into the parking lot when it is time to begin pick-up.
Drive forward to the furthest open cone.
When exiting the parking lot, turn right and head back toward Riverview Road.
🟠 ORANGE PICK-UP LINE – Front of School
If your pick-up number is printed on orange paper, your child is in the Orange Pick-Up Line.
Drive west on Monroe Ave.
Line up along Monroe/Spire Dr., staying as close to the sidewalk as possible.
Follow staff directions as you enter the pick-up area.
Drive forward to the furthest open cone.
When exiting the front of the school, turn left and head east on Monroe Ave.
🚗 PICK-UP TIPS FOR BOTH LINES
Keep your pick-up number visible at all times. A staff member will be calling numbers into the school so we can have your child ready.
Pull forward to the furthest open cone. Your child will meet you at that cone.
Please stay in your vehicle and make sure your doors are unlocked.
If your child uses a booster seat or car seat, please place it on the passenger side of the vehicle whenever possible.
A Willow Creek staff member will open the vehicle door, help your child(ren) enter, and close the door.
Please have your child buckle himself/herself or practice buckling independently. If you need to help your child buckle, please pull forward past the cones before getting out to assist them. This helps keep the line moving safely.
Continue following the vehicle in front of you. Please DO NOT pass other vehicles that are stopped in the pick-up line. This is extremely important for the safety of our students and staff.
Thank you for your patience as everyone learns our pick-up procedures! Following these steps will help us keep dismissal safe, smooth, and efficient for all of our Willow Creek students and families.
FYI... the mosquitos at Willow Creek are extremely bad at this time, even though the city has been spraying on a weekly basis. The teachers will offer to spray students with bug spray before going outside (if students would like to be sprayed.) If you would NOT like your child to be sprayed, please send a message to your child's teacher through the Fremont 25 App. Thank you.

We’re excited to share an updated schedule designed to provide more opportunities for our community to enjoy the Riverton Aquatic Center!
Starting with the 2026–27 school year, the new schedule provides:
💦 More public access — increasing from 45.5 to 51.5 hours per week
📅 More weekend access — including expanded Saturday hours and new Sunday recreational swim times
🏫 Continued school access — supporting FCSD #25 swim teams and school programs
✅ More consistent operations — creating a schedule that better balances community use, school programs, teams, rentals, staffing, and facility needs
The goal is simple: increase community access while continuing to support our students, programs, and swim teams.
📌 Take a look at the full schedule and see what’s changing!

Just a friendly reminder that our final day of school is this Friday, May 22nd. Please make a note of our early dismissal time, students will eat lunch and head home at 12:35 PM.

Here is why we had to make this tough call:
The Cold: Temperatures for our morning blocks are forecast in the 30s and 40s with chilly winds. Standing outside for two hours in these temps just isn't safe or fun for our students.
Wet & Muddy Grounds: The bouncy houses and key PE equipment require completely dry conditions for safety and to protect the gear.
Please Note: Because this is the last week of school and our final day of Specials, logistically we are unable to reschedule. Tomorrow will be a regular school day, and we will run the normal Specials rotation schedule. Thank you so much for your flexibility and understanding as we keep our students safe and warm!

Early release, this Friday, May 8th. School is out at 12:35pm. Lunch will be served!
